On July 18, 2017, Makita Poland established a branch in Brwinow, a suburban town located around 20 km from the center of Warsaw. The new branch has now started operations.
The branch covers around 10,000 square meters. It functions not only as a distribution and repair service base, but also has exhibition and training facilities.
The Republic of Poland is one of the largest economic zones in EU, with a population of 38 million and an area equivalent to around 80% of the size of Japan. Warsaw, the capital, in the middle eastern section of Poland, has been recently developing dramatically as a base of the domestic market.
Makita will endeavor to offer better customer service and increase its market share through community-based business activities by making the utmost use of this new branch.
