1. When rotation starts:

With the rotation of armature shaft, Coil-Spring is extended and its tightening force increases so that armature shaft is fixed firmly and transmitted to spiral bevel gear.

2. When wheel is accidentally locked:

The Coil-Spring will be in slippery condition against the shock by accidental spindle lock or overload which surpasses the limited torque designed for the tool.
This will prevent the damage of gears or armature and ensure longer tool life.

• Gears are lubricated by securely sealed grease in gear room

Easy-to-Grip Shape

Electronic Limiter & Electronic Controller
