Logistics Warehouse at Our Germany Plant Completed

The sales volume of cordless products (cordless gardening tools in particular) has been increasing in the global market. Against this backdrop, the Makita Group has a plan to actively invest in warehouses and logistics equipment in and outside Japan.
We are pleased to announce that a logistics warehouse, which was under construction on the premises of the plant in Germany to increase the capacity of the logistics warehouses, has been completed.
The warehouse will help expand sales in the European market by increasing the storage and delivery capacity as a logistics base of cordless gardening tools for the European market.
We remain committed to improving our community-based service networks, which is at the heart of our business, in logistics, in order to increase our market share in respective regions around the world.
