Cumulative production reaches 200 million units at our China plants

In September 2017, cumulative production reached 200 million units at Makita’s China plants.
Our plant in Kunshan, Jiangsu, in the suburbs of Shanghai, began production in July 1995. We constructed our second plant in China in November 2000.
To continue supplying high quality products in the future, we will strive to upgrade our quality control and to manufacture products optimally by coping with changes in demand.

The 200 millionth product is a cordless chain saw (MUC353D).
